[Dsg-rich] Five RICH spherical mirrors ready to ship from AZ to PA

Hello Mike, 

There are only five RICH mirrors ready to ship from CMA in Arizona to ECI in Pennsylvania. 

Shipping Authorization form #69301 was for 8 mirrors. Should I submit a new form stating only five mirrors will ship or will Form #69301 work for this shipment? 

The details on the shipment are: 
Number of mirrors: 5 
Handling units: 1 
Unit dimensions: 40" x 48" x 41" 
Unit weight: 100 lbs.
