[Dsg-rich] Strongback/RICH and Load Test parts drawings

Hi Dario,

GandR need some dimensions added to these drawing sets.

Strongback/RICH:

Page 3/5: In the front view, the length of the 18 degree line.

Page 5/5: In the front view, the length of the shortest 90 degree line.

Load Test:

Page 6/17: The overall length and width of the part.

Page 16/17: The starting location of the 4.331in cutout on the 16 degree 
line.

Please add these to the drawing sets and update the revision before 
sending the set to Bob for approval. In addition to Bob, please send the 
update to the dsg-rich mailing list.
