[Dsg-rich] RICH meeting

Hi all,
we are rapidly approaching to the RICH installation deadline with still 
many works to do and I think it is very important to closely track the 
weekly progress of the work.
Thus, I suggest that the RICH meeting we have every Friday at 10 am JLab 
time is transformed in a "RICH installation meeting".

The meeting should be short, 1 hour maximum. We should avoid long 
discussions on specific problems, that can be easily and more 
efficiently discussed offline among the people involved. We should focus 
instead on the weekly progress of the work and on the planning for the 
next week.

Also, I suggest we move the meeting at 8:30 am JLab time, so that who is 
at JLab has almost the whole morning still available for work.

Last but not least, it would be very important the participation of the 
DSG, which is giving a crucial contribution to the RICH installation.
