[Dsg-rich] GandR visit meeting notes

Hi,

Dario and I met with Ryan Bruce from GandR Metals today to discuss the 
status of the three fabrication jobs they are working on for the RICH 
detector.

GandR has reviewed the latest changes to the drawings.

GandR has requested that we verify hole clearances to accommodate the 
powder coating. He has already accounted for the size change, we need to 
double check and update the drawings. Dario agreed with this.

_Schedule_

9/21 - All structural work is already complete (with the exception of 
the 4 changes received on 9/20).

All beams have been cut and holes have been drilled.

9/25 -  Part cutting and welding.

9/27 -28 - Welding Inspection.

9/28  -  Powder coating.

All parts should be delivered no later than 10/6.

I encouraged Ryan to call me if there are any problems, so that we can 
avoid delays.
