[Dsg-rich] Revised RICH Air Cooling meeting minutes

Hello,

Corrections have been made to the Air Cooling meeting minutes. Sections 3.1. and 5.2. should read: 

3.1. If pressure regulator fails, pressure of 6.2 bar (90 psi) may be too much for 3D printed parts.

5.2. Printed parts will be tested at 60 psi.
