[Dsg-rich] Schedule RICH stiffening tool load test

Hello Bob, 

We should receive the required parts to be able to load test the RICH stiffening tool from G&R Metals by Friday October 6, 2017. 

Could we schedule the stiffening tool's load test for October 10, 2017? 

Please let us know when the load test can be scheduled.
