[Dsg-rich] Drawings update

Hi Dario,

Can you send a list of the hardware needed to assemble all components 
for the Trolley Parts, Strongback to RICH Interface, and Load Test to 
Bob Miller for approval. Once he has approved the hardware list I can 
procure them.
