[Dsg-rich] purchases for the RICH

Hi Sandro,

In regards to the lacing tape I showed Marco and Dario what we used for the SVT and told them that they would need to investigate the coating in order to determine which was the most appropriate for RICH.

I haven't heard back yet if what we have on hand would work or if we needed to order a different kind.
