[Dsg-rich] Dry Box components

Hi Sandro,

One label does say 50 Hz, but there is another that says 50/60 Hz.

Pablo and I connected the cable that Mark Taylor made and the dry box appears to be working just fine albeit the desiccant in it is saturated, so we've left it in EEL/125 to dry out before moving it to one of the clean rooms.

One thing I did notice is that quite a few of the rubber attachment points are missing so some of the internals move more than they should.
