[Dsg-rich] Slides on recent RICH hardware interlock trip due to high temperature

Hello, 

Attached are slides discussing the RICH hardware interlock trip on August 7, 2018 that was caused by an increase in electronic panel temperatures. 

After discussing the slides in the DSG weekly meeting, the conclusion has been reached that the temperatures in RICH EP are increasing because the ambient temperature in Hall B is increasing, not because airflow is changing.
