[Dsg-rich] RICH wiki uodates

Hi all,
I have done the following updates to the RICH Front-End electronics 
wiki;
https://clasweb.jlab.org/wiki/index.php/RICH_Front-End_Electronics

1) I have updated all the maps (text files, drawings, etc.) to take into 
account a optical cable replacement done just before the RICH 
installation.

2) The instructions to take calibration data have been updated with the 
latest developments. I also added a scheme of the calibration suite 
directory on the clon computers.

3) I have added instructions to generate new configuration files.
