It shouldn't be necessary to turn off HV/LV. 

I'll reboot the IOC now and send another email once it is complete.

You can do it any time just let me know when you re done. 
You can switch off lv and hv if it is necessary.

Hello Valery, 

The softIOC for RICH's hardware interlock system needs to be rebooted to add new PVs to the IOC. 

This will briefly pause all hardware interlock readouts. 

Is there a time when the IOC can be rebooted without causing issues with RICH tests?
