[Dsg-rich] new aerogel delivery

Hello, 

The inspection of all aerogel tiles received is complete. The tiles have been stored in a dry box in the DSG small clean room gowning area. Inspection results are below. Photos of all tiles and notable faults are at https://userweb.jlab.org/~tlemon/RICH/Aerogel_received_2018-08-30/. In some photos, there is a small, numbered piece of paper. The paper was used to help gather photos of the same tile into separate folders. 

As with previous shipments, all tiles had small chips or dents on sides and corners. The table below only lists larger, more notable faults or comments.
