[Dsg-rich] questions on frozen RICH scalers map

Hello, 

We've noticed that the RICH scaler map EPICS screen seems to be frozen. Looking back at data in MYA archiver, it seems that the values for all RICH PMT scalers average have not changed since ~7:00pm on February 20, 2018. Also, on the RICH SSP tables, all PVs for SSP boards are showing as disconnected. 

Are there any alarms or indicator that the SSP boards are disconnected or scalers are not updating in EPICS? If there are not alarms for the SSP boards and PMT scalers, should there be?
