[Dsg-rich] how to access RICH monitoring plots

Hi Tyler,
the story is a bit different. There is a general clasmon
grouping few plots for each detector. Andrey (I guess)
added two RICH plots there.

This monitor uses online information and is runned by
the shifters, the output stored on the electronic
logbooks, i.e. HBLOG. I was expecting an entry for
each run, but this seems not be the case, so you have
to search for the last update.

Depending on the larification we will have with Andrey,
those plots may change.
