[Dsg-rich] Situation in the Hall

Hi Tyler,
tomorrow early morning we will be busy with the rad
worker training. Below is the situation in the Hall.

- RICH is installed in the forward carriage

- richcrio is installed in rack 3-4 and connected
   to the web

- 7 sensors are connected at richcrio and readout
   we plug them as   cable     connector on RICH

   the cable ordering has to be validated and their
   path has to be finalized

- the nitrogen panel is on the 4th floor

- the air cooling panel and tank are on
   the hall floor because waiting for DA
   approval of the anchoring system

- 2 nitrogen lines are connected to the
   RICH at 20 slm each

- top nitrogen exhaust is connected to a
   bubbler. The bubbler is temporarely
   on the boardwalk on the side of the
   forward carriage (due to the available
   pipes) and has to be soon repositioned
