[Dsg-rich] RICH EP cRIO - found broken sensor wire, wire will be repaired.

Hello, 

We are preparing the cRIO for RICH's electronic panel interlock sensors to move it to Hall B. 

While collecting and bundling all interlock cables, we found one sensor's wire was smashed some time in the past. This wire seems to be for either EP humidity sensor #13 or #14. Looking at archived humidity data, EP Humidity #13 was incorrectly reading ~70% for a few days before RICH moved to Hall B. The smashed wire could be the reason for the bad reading. 

Before moving the cables and cRIO to Hall B, Mindy will repair the cable.
