[Dsg-rich] RICH connections

Dear Tyler, dear Mindy,
to my understanding Bob Miller wants to start closing
the Forward Carriage on Wednesday morning. This gives
us only tomorrow to finalize all the RICH connections
and make a basic functionality test.

We need to finalize several sub-systems:
LV cables
Air cooling
HV cables
Interlock
Exhausts
LED distribution (fiber optics)
Inner camera

We would likely need to operate on the patch panels all
day long. In order to relief Mark (in charge for the
power distribution) I am wondering if Mindy could be
available to help us with the lift tomorrow, in case
of necessity.
