[Dsg-rich] RICH installation status for DSG tasks

Hello, 

This morning, DSG completed the tasks below: 

1.) Amanda, Pablo, and I installed UPS for RICH interlock cRIOs. UPS was installed in rack above cRIOs. Both N2 and EP cRIOs power was moved to UPS. RICH's gas system chassis was also attached to UPS. 

2.) Amanda, Pablo, and I wired N2 humidity 2 and humidity 16 to cRIO. Its feedthrough connector is not yet connected to the port on RICH. This cable will be connected this afternoon. 

3.) Marc and Brian ran gas system cabling from valve panels on top deck to gas system chassis on level 3. All gas system signals (airflows, N2 flows, tank pressure) can now be read in EPICS. 

4.) George ran gas lines for RICH air cooling and connected them to RICH, valve panel, and compressor. George also connected the N2 supply and bubbler to RICH. 

5.) Mindy is providing lift support and cabling RICH patch panels on the detector.
