[Dsg-rich] RICH air cooling

Hi George,
when the flow drops to zero in the graphs, it's because I closed the 
lines to the RICH for a while.
After that, the flow was more stable, but the air pressure still has 
large fluctuations, larger than what I see on the manometer on the tank.
