[Dsg-rich] RICH Cherenkov rings

Amazing: compliments to all those that allowed the succesful realization 
of the RICH.
And not to forget that the rings could not be seen without also the 
accurate design, construction, assembling and alignments of all the 
mechanical components, a not trivial task for the size and complexity of 
the RICH, for which credit must be given to Dario, Sandro and the DSG 
and those that installed it on CLAS12.
