[Dsg-rich] RICH boxes in EEL 125 and small cleanroom

Hi Tyler,
I think that all the wooden crates of the aerogel and of the mirror 
support can be thrashed.
The bags in the small clean room contain the spare planar mirrors, I 
would prefer they are left where they are.
