[Dsg-rich] [New Logentry] Upgraded RICH nitrogen panel installed on Forward Carriage

The upgraded RICH nitrogen panel was installed on the forward carriage this morning.

The new, upgraded panel has been connected to the nitrogen supply and was set to flow ~40 slm from one channel to provide the same nitrogen flow as before.

With the old panel, both output channels on the panel were used and were each set to ~20 slm for a total N2 flow of ~40slm.

On the new panel, only one output channel is used with both of RICH's nitrogen input lines connected to the same channel. This channel was set to ~40 slm. Attached are pictures of the rotameters and flow meters in their current setting.

Presently, the hardware interlock system does not display the correct N2 flow value. The N2 cRIO's voltage-to-slm conversion factor will be updated shortly to fix this.
