[Dsg-rich] RICH upgraded N2 panel - new PT installed

Hi Tyler,
I looked at the panel again this morning after your installation of the new pressure transducer. This time I brought a Swagelock Gap inspection Gauge MS-IG-468 to check the fitting installation. I found that only 3 of the dozens of fittings were properly tightened. NOTE: This tool is only good for first time use and this is why yesterday I asked George if he had used all new tubes with only brass ferrules and he said yes. 

I also would like to know that you have tested the panel to assure that when 25-35psig N2 is provided to the panel, at the location of the new pressure transducer, the filters and regulators are sized such that they will be able to pass enough flow to meet the requirements to support 2 RICH detectors.

Please make sure the fittings are properly tightened and verify that the flow tests have been done before I recommend to the Hall B tech staff to move and install the panel in Hall B.

As we talked about in person and then on the phone, the pressure transducer to measure the nitrogen supply pressure at RICH's valve panel has been installed by George. 

The drawing for the system will be updated to include the new PT and will forwarded to you. 

In case you need more information on the pressure transducer, the full model number is M3051-000005-100PG and the manual is attached. 

DSG would be available to meet again to go over the panel anytime except Wednesday afternoons.
