[Dsg-rich] moisture transducer wiring in RICH cRIO chassis and LabVIEW changes

Hello Tyler, 

The HV and LV of the detector are ON. As for my knowledge there are no plans to take some calibration data tomorrow. Just let me know when you will start and finish.
