[Dsg-rich] rich status

Hi all,
I was trying to check the status of the RICH after the tests Ben did 
yesterday, but the vnc connection is down.
I tried to log into clonpcrich1 and open clascss but it is so slow that 
it is impossible to take any action from remote without the risk to make 
mistakes. I can only see that the LV and HV are in a trip status.

Can someone check what's going on?

I also strongly recommend that the vnc connection is kept always on, to 
allow offsite people to periodically check the status of the detector.
