[Dsg-rich] Installation of pressure transducers

Hi Bob,

Here is a diagram of the RICH N2 Purge System. We need to install 2 
differential pressure transducers (DPT 3 and 4) on the exhaust side of 
the N2. Please review and let us know if there are any issues with us 
installing this as soon as time permits.
