[Dsg-rich] RICH FPGA temp and scaler PVs disconnected

Hello, 

This morning, we noticed that all indicators on the the FPGA temperature map and scalers map are noted as disconnected. Looking in the archiver, it seems that all values have been frozen since 3/25. 

Attached is a screen shot of the scalers map, temperature map, and an archiver plot showing that the pvs have been frozen since 3/25. 

This seems to be something that most likely will be fixed with an IOC reboot. Is this something that can be done without stopping any data acqusition?
