[Dsg-rich] RICH N2 volume cRIO to be powered off/rebooted to install differential pressure transducer

Hi Marco, 

We have already powered off the cRIO with the override switch enabled. 

LV is still enabled as expected and should not turn off.

Matteo is taking calibration runs, please coordinate with him before 
turning off the powers.
