[Dsg-rich] RICH status

Hi Tyler,
the RICH maintenance condition is compressor OFF, LV and
HV OFF and only nitrogen flow.
The current situation (compressor ON, LV OFF) is unforeseen.
>From the slow control, it seems that the humidity levels
are not significantly affected, nevertheless I would
recommend to keep RICH in this condition for the
shortest time possible and meanwhile to monitor the
humidity trend.
After several months of nitrogen flow, the RICH interior
could be dried and acting as a moisture pump. Thus we
may fed inside humidity (from cooling leakage) without
seeing it.
For the same reason, I recommend to not have cooling
air flow in absence of nitrogen flow (e.g. during future
tests or upgrades).
Thanks, Marco.
