[Dsg-rich] RICH aerogel dry-box moved to EEL 124, will be purged with N2 during power outage

Hi Tyler,
thanks for the care. If possible, I suggest you check the humidity
level of the small dry-boxes at restart (should be visible from the
display). This will give us an idea of their condition stability
during power outgaes.
