[Dsg-rich] Fwd: RICH humidity graph

george,
the question is (as marco pointed out) once the air compressor is off the humidity goes down. yeep its going down because N2 is dry, which to me implies that the humidity is in the air that is being pumped to the RICH (see brian's email).
the inline desiccant query was for the air line and for use during the run.
my guess is the air compressor is not really outputting dry air.
anyway lets muse over it.
brian, what needs to be done to fully instrument the air tank sensor so that the PV doesn't read 0 ppm?

Please remind me of the sensor specs. isn't it only good down to 3% RH?
If this is the RICH nitrogen volume, why are we referring to it as dry air? The nitrogen supply is dry, < 3 ppm. But, the rate of H2O contamination from atmosphere is directly proportional to ambient H2O levels. The N2 flow is currently maxed out with the old N2 panel. The only way to increase N2 flow is to install the NEW panel.
Since the air is currently off, adding a desiccant will do nothing?
Perhaps both top and bottom garage doors are open in the hall? Check hall humidity. The higher the humidity gets in the hall, the higher it will go in the RICH. There should be a rule, only 1 door open at a time like we tried to have for clas6. With both doors open, hall humidity can reach to outside/exterior levels. This has been an issue many times in the past with clas6.
Cheers,
George

hi marco,
i couldn't see the graphs in your email/log, so pete sent me the graphs.
so, it appears the dry air isn't dry !
brian/george,
could one add an inline desiccant
