[Dsg-rich] RICH scaler alarm guidance

Hello, 

I noticed in the logbook this morning that there was an entry this past Saturday about RICH scaler alarms (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3624115). 

When looking at this alarm in clascss-alarm, its guidance states to check clas12mon for RICH data integrity. 

Have any data integrity issues been found when the alarm happens? 

Also, I can't find any recent data files for clas12mon. The most recent I can get to is for run 4326 from this past spring. 

Are we able to look at data files in clas12mon outside of the counting house for more recent runs?
