[Dsg-rich] [New Logentry] RICH compressor ON, alarms re-enabled

RICH compressor turned on. Airflow 1 was set to 500 slm and Airflow 2 to 400 slm.

Alarms for air-cooling system were re-enabled (picture attached).

All interlocks are cleared and RICH LV/HV can be turned on.
