[Dsg-rich] RICH LV and compressor

Hi Sergey, 

As Valery mentioned below, we will be turning off RICH LV. We'll plan to turn it off at ~1:30pm. 

The air-cooling compressor will be turned off shortly after that.

You can switch LV and compressor. 
I recommend to contact Sergey Boiarinov and inform him about this. 
We were going to take some test data but RICH is not participate in this tests. 

What will we do with nitrogen?

In preparation for the upcoming hurricane, RICH's air-cooling compressor and LV should probably be turned off. 

I can see that LV is on for RICH; is there anything going on where LV is needed? 

If not, we'll turn it off so the compressor can be shut down.
