[Dsg-rich] aerogel lists

Hello Tyler,
the three tiles 396 and 391 are old tiles not part of the RICH 
production, we shipped them to jlab just in case we didn't get all we 
need on time.

The tile 432f6 appeared at some time in the possible candidate for 
purchase, but, according to my logbook, was not purchased. There could 
have been a mistake in the shipment and we received it instead of the 
436f6.
I should check with the producers.

The missing tile 430f0 is strange. Could you please check if you have 
any log of the inspection at arrival? It should have been shipped in 
August 2018.
