[Dsg-rich] [New Logentry] RICH compressor OFF, cooling alarms disabled

RICH compressor has been turned OFF for maintenance.

The buffer tank has been let exhaust and all manual valves have been closed.

All RICH cooling alarms have also been disabled to prevent nuisance alarms (screenshot attached).
