[Dsg-rich] FWD: RICH MINOR alarm(s): B_DET_RICH_INTLK_AIRPR1

Hi Valery,

It seems like its something with the compressor. It's been running constantly for a very long time. The only thing I can think of to do would be to make an access to turn off the compressor for a few minutes and then see if it can start up operating as normal.

We can't do this remotely, the remote controls were not added due to hesitancy of collaborators give controls access to the compressor.

I guess we have also learned with this that the air pressure does not have to be as high as it is set for. It has dropped to ~30 psi and we are still getting ~500 and ~400 slm of airflow.

As we just discussed on the phone, we'll head down to the hall to see what the indicators on the compressor say

-Tyler

Hi Valery,

Something weird happened to your message and the mailing list didn't let it go through.

This is just to forward it to everyone else.

Best regard.

Hi Tyler,
We got RICH alarm today around 15:00. It is B_DET_RICH_INTLK_AIRPR1.
If you take a look to the attached plots you will see that AIRPR1 dropped from 100 (in Dec 2018) to ~30 (Apr 2019).
The alarm limit is set to the value of 25 for a moment.
The AIRFLOW1 and AIRFLOW2 are almost constant.
Could you please take a look to this problem?
Thanks,
Valery
