[Dsg-rich] Plans for RICH HV/LV off?

We should probably do some flow testing with the RICH before it goes completely offline, e.g. how lower flow effects temperature (this will be important once the 2nd RICH is online).

I'm sure there's other tests we had planned on doing but just haven't had the chance yet.

But I agree with Marco that compressor maintenance should be the priority.
