[Dsg-rich] [Revised Logentry] Backup N2 pressure transducers wired to cRIO

RICH N2 backup manifold PTs have been wired to cRIO. The cRIO is powered back on.

The EPICS PVs for the PTs are:
B_DET_RICH_INTLK_N2_BACKUP_PT2
B_DET_RICH_INTLK_N2_BACKUP_PT3

The PTs are Dwyer 0-50 psia pressure transducers (model 626-02-GH-P1-E1-S1). They are absolute pressure transducers so their output signal is 1 atm (~14 psi) higher than expected gauge pressure. The conversion from absolute to gauge pressure has been added to the cRIO's LabVIEW program by subtracting 14.6959 from the absolute pressure.
