[Dsg-rich] RICH Hardware Interlock N2 cRIO to be rebooted for updates

Hello,


Today, the N2 cRIO for RICH's hardware interlock system will be rebooted to update its program to include two new pressure transducers on the N2 backup manifold.


I can see that HV and LV for RICH is presently off, but we will still use the override switches for the cRIO.
