Hello Bob,
I got a call from someone from Hall B engineering (Sandesh I think?) saying that RICH N2 flow was at 0 slm and if I could check the RICH slow controls.
Looking at the EPICS for it, everything seems fine in regards to cRIO operation, all values were reading and all but N2 flow and N2 panel pressures looked normal. I rebooted the cRIO for good measure and nothing changed.
N2 flow 1 is at 0 slm and N2 panel pressures for main N2 supply and backup supply are at 0 psi. (see attached).
Since Sandesh said there was pressure on the main N2 supply dewar, it seems that the flow between the dewar and N2 panel has been stopped and the back-up bank is empty.
It could be something as simple as something got valved off to RICH, or it could be that a gas line is pinched or broken somewhere. If either is the case, there isn't anything that can be done with slow controls.
Tyler
