[Dsg-rich] Move of RICH N2 backup banks to gas shed

Good morning Tyler,


     Two of those four banks have arrived and can be installed when we 
have an opportunity to spend some time in the Hall. As far as the gas 
shed relocation goes I have some thoughts on the matter but I would like 
to get together with Bob and discuss it before I comment.  That being 
said...stay tuned and I will get back to you, probably next week.
