[Dsg-rich] RICH number of fibers connected alarm?

This alarm is always ON except when LV is OFF.
This alarm has 5 minutes delay.

DSG has noticed lately that there is no longer any alarm when the number of fibers connected drops below 138.



Is the removal of this alarm intentional?
