Hello,

Aaron and I have relocated the FC ambient temperature/humidity sensors to the appropriate level based on their PV names.

The logbook entry below has the details on the new sensor locations.

https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3737646

Once some time has elapsed, we'll analyze the temperature data to get a better idea of the temperature at the top vs bottom of the FC.

Subject: [Dsg-rich] Forward carriage ambient temperature sensors

Hello,

Yesterday, we found that the three ambient temperature sensors, one for each level of the forward carriage, are all located within the same rack on FC - level 2.

Because of this, the archived data is not indicative of any temperature gradient between the different levels of the FC.

We'll relocate two of the sensors to L1 and L3 to get proper readings of the temperature at each level and to better analyze temperature trends in Hall B.

Best regards,
Tyler
