[Dsg-rich] RICH cooling replacement PT; compressor still under maintenance

Hi Bob,

Just to help keep track of where things are, Pablo, Aaron, and I put the replacement PT on top of the air handler by the buffer tank.

We also noticed that the power switch for the compressors is locked out because maintenance is still being done on one of the compressors.

What is the time frame of when we could run a compressor? Could the other compressor that is not being worked on be run while the other is under maintenance?
