[Dsg-rich] RICH N2 Supply

Hi Tyler,

I will change the RICH N2 supply valve this afternoon.  To do this, I 
will close the normal N2 supply and the detector will get N2 from the 
back up bottles.  You should get an alarm for low supply pressure.  This 
change should take about an hour and I will notify you when I close the 
supply valve and when I return the system to normal operation.
