[Dsg-rich] N2 to RICH is on back up supply now

Everything seems to have returned to normal.

Just to help with record keeping, attached is archived plot from the temporary switch to backup N2 showing everything worked as expected.

The RICH N2 normal supply was restored around 2:30.
