Yes, the sensors in the N2 volume and EP are the same hardware and they have always behaved differently in terms of their reading because they are in different regions of the RICH.
I’ve checked each temperature and humidity PV for the EP and can see them changing.
I also verified that the N2 flow PV is changing and at the expected value.
Can you give more details on what you see that is wrong?

Tyler,
It was different yesterday. Something wrong. The sensors are the same in EP and N2 volumes but they behave differently, right?
Thanks,
Valery

Valery,
I can see value for the humidity sensors and temperature sensors in the EP change when I use "caget" from the command line.
The temperature sensors are changing very very little (~ 0.001 C) so you can't see that on the EP GUI because all of the indicators only go down to 0.01 precision.
There are some humidity sensors returning 0, but that has been that way for all of RICH's life when any electronics are on (LV is on now, according to RICH overview screen on EPICS). This is because electronics make it hotter, and the higher temperature, the lower the relative humidity in the environment.

But N2 sensors are updating normally. I can see it.
I can see it from your GUI.
I don't see any changes in EP volume.

Hi Valery,
I can see that the EP temperatures and humidity are indeed updating on EPICS but a very small amount (~ 0.001). These changes aren't seen on the GUI for the sensors because those indicators only go down to 0.01 deg C precision.
The N2 flow measurement is good as well, changes there are ~0.01 slm.
I also verified I could see these values changing in a live plot on MyaPlot.

Hi Tyler,
It looks for me that electronics panel temperature and humidity sensors are frozen.
Could you please take a look?
Hopefully, the nitrogen sensors are OK.
Thanks,
Valery
