We should check the alarms on the system that notifies (via email) of an over temperature/humidity condition on the dry boxes.

Hello,

Since it has been about a month, I reviewed the data for the RICH aerogel dryboxes. Attached are three plots: all raw data from the archiver, a plot of the average drybox humidity by day, and a plot of the average drybox temperature by day.

As you can see in the data, on July 25, the humidity in Drybox 2 rose to ~54% RH. The humidity has since returned to a normal value. The cause of the spike is unknown, but since Drybox 2 is the only one showing the rise, it could be that the drybox itself had a internal problem that it recovered from.

We'll continue monitoring the dryboxes in the upcoming weeks to see if there is another rise.

Also, just a reminder, anyone can view the drybox data through EPICS.

There is also a CSS screen in clascss accessible through the RICH overview menu under Hardware Interlocks. This screen requires two-factor login to a Hall B Linux server.

Additionally, there is a WEDM version of the drybox monitoring screen in JLab's EPICSWEB. This screen is available from a web browser with a JLab CUE login. A link to the screen is below.
